Micah Rix-Hayes.

Micah has a vision of a world where editing is done on the beach.  He tried to make this vision a reality for a couple of years in Australia but ended up in a small windowless room just staring at beach footage for Channel Ten's Docu-Baywatch series Bondi Rescue.  His other failed attempts at bringing the edit suite to the beach can be seen in documentaries and docu-series on ABC, SBS, Smithsonian, Discovery, Travel Channel, Access, and Ovation.

When he's not working on documentaries, you can find him cutting music videos for DVBBS, Kardinal Offishall, JD Era, K'Naan and The Darcys, or sneaking in star wipes on commercials for the likes of Google, Unilever, IBM, Mazda, and Warner Music.     click here to see work
